Unfortunately, hundreds of animals are abused and neglected each year, causing humane societies to overflow with animals. Regretfully, many of these facilities euthanize those that are unwanted or unadoptable. A major contributor to this problem is the overpopulation of pets.
The Kingston Napanee Spay Neuter Clinic was opened in the Spring of 2011 by Drs. Mark A. de Wolde and Jason Shepherd. It's primary goal is to help curb the overpopulation of cats, thereby reducing unnecessary euthanasia.
